I specifically chose this hotel because it has a pool and hot tub. In fact, knowing from experience, I even called the hotel and asked them directly what time the hot tub closed and if it was working. The man said it closed at 10:30pm.
When I arrived at the hotel at 8:30pm, the pool and hot tub gate was closed and locked. I had the employee open it and of course the hot tub was not heated. “Sorry, it’s not working” was all I got.

Place was great, clean and comfortable. The staff was closed off and not super friendly but the room more than made up for it.
