A resort hotel that’s well connected to many places of interest. Dining, shopping and entertainment all under one roof. Staff however lacks English proficiency, Google translate wasn’t very helpful either.

Great for families with kids. A self-contained destination with lovely surroundings. The hotel is connected to the theme park, mall and a variety of food options.

Hyvä

Vapaa-aikaan

The staffs seemed lacking, check in was a long wait, only had 2 staffs available, and there were a big group of people checking in. I guess i was expecting more from a 5star hotel. I also didn't know that i have to pay separate for pool, i thought the packages was for the waterpark, they do offer discount for guests, but i wish this was included. The room we had seemed to need updating, floors were clean but visible scratches etc. Towels and slippers were also a bit on thinner side. I liked that the theme park, restaurants and stores are just there, very convenient.
