Hienoa Good place to stay, near many eateries and shops in Old City with a delicious Mango Addict shop downstairs. Sunday Market is just outside so very convenient. Don’t miss it!
Comfortable rooms if a little worn and bathroom has a bit of a smell.
Apart from that the staff were friendly and helpful so would recommend

Perfect location for exploring the old city!
Clean rooms, friendly attentive staff.
Rooms at the front of the hotel do get slight traffic noise however we moved to the back of the hotel and it was silent, comfy and the perfect t base to explore

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Immaculately clean!! Beautiful premises. The staff was very kind and helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting chiang mai and I hope to visit again soon.

Great location. Very clean. Staff provided great service. Quiet. Only wish there were more places to hang tiwels and clothes in the room.

The staff was so friendly and wonderful!
Room was cleaned daily and the ladies were very sweet.
We had an excellent week long stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic for all things Old Town. We stayed in the Penthouse and loved all the space. The only negative I have for this hotel is the lighting. Very dim throughout the room and bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.
