Hienoa Solid hotel, can't go wrong with it. Its not the best but it just a great hotel for the price. The room did smell a little weird but it was clean.

Clean, staff was friendly. convenient location close to Lawson and 7/11. There’s a 24/7 Don Quijote close by as well. Couple minutes walk MTR shinbashi station
Room was spacious in the double sized room was able to fit 2 carry ons & 2 medium luggage’s no problem.
The small double was noticeably smaller but mainly just a bit less spacious and lower ceiling bathroom was the same size.
Elevator does stop always on the 3rd floor reception I assume as a safety feature fyi.
Would stay again.

Check in was efficient. We arrived before check in and kept bags at front desk for us. They are renovating but didn’t hear a thing. Our room on the 6 th floor and was an updated room.
Handy they have a few amenities complimentary. Great shower. All very clean. Room was on the smallish side for 2 large suitcases but doable. We would totally stay again.
Small convenient store next door and larger supermarket a short walk away. McDonald’s also a 10 min walk.

Great location. Walking distance to Ginza shopping and the closest subway stn had several lines, one of which goes to the airport.
Room is tight as most Tokyo hotels' are. My only wish is that the tv has one English channel and better bathroom sink drainage. But shower water pressure was great.

Laundry room was very convenient. Staff very friendly and helpful. No breakfast due to renovations but we knew that well before arriving. Rooms were good size and very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect. Would stay here again!
