The room condition was accurately reflected by the photographs. The venue was kept cleanly, and the pool was a nice addition to hot sunny days. The location is comfortable and convenient walking distance to everything Thong Sala related. We had a great stay and the staff were very accommodating. Nothing really to complain about, and good value for the price!
Our favorite part of our stay though, was the chef downstairs at the restaurant. Her cooking was made with such love and care, and it tasted delicious every time! All dishes made by her tasted like home, and we enjoyed every meal there.
Only critique about this place was that the wifi got spotty in the room we stayed in, although it worked perfectly fine near the lobby area.

Hienoa The staff were very lovely as were their gorgeous dogs. Our room was nice and clean, the air conditioner worked well, the bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. The small pool was relaxing at the end of a busy day exploring. Not too far a walk to nearby shops and food vendors but easier with a scooter. Breakfast was freshly cooked and the coffee was hot. My only complaint was the shower didn't drain very well.

Hienoa The hotel was good - with a boutique theme but on a budget. I know some people don't like the polished concrete look but we do!
It was definitely a budget place but the staff were nice and friendly, although a bit disorganised.
The downside to this place is the location - the town is not the nicest area of Phangan, but if you want to be close to the ferry port it's convenient. I'd stay further north/west where there are pretty beaches or in the party town Haad Rin. This place was neither, but not a bad hotel.

Hienoa Had a great stay...the staff are super friendly and helpful (they went to the market to buy what I ordered on the menu!) food is delicious, rooms are beautiful. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastinen Great place to stay and away from the tourist trap but still close to town. The staff were amazing and made me feel like one of the family.
