Staff very nice and helpful. Location is good in central HCMC nearby to walking street. Excellent laundry services nearby! Room was very hot despite aircon and just OK with cleanliness. Beds were stiff. Multiple story walk-ups should be expected. Fine for one night or a budget traveler that doesn't mind the heat. Staff gave me a free upgrade, but room was very dusty on high surfaces.

The best place to be in saigon 100% of all the places I stayed this ones in the best location it's very clean and the hot water doesn't run out. If this is the first place you book in saigon then you have won the lotto

Great location in District 1 and close to main attractions. Nice and clean room with the main amenities you need. The hotel manager is kind and helpful. Overall excellent stay. I will book again next time I am in the city. Just note that there is no lift.

The hostess was amazing. She was very friendly and we had a great conversation. She cleaned my room as they didn't have a housekeeper available and helped me bring my luggage up two flights of stairs. Very kind lady and I really appreciate her hospitality. The room was also amazing for the price. I would definitely recommend. Thank you
