Bay Lake Tower was excellent. Staff was the best by a mile. Balcony view was perfect- fireworks view and lake view. The room was outfit with all the little things that made the stay seamless. Housekeeping was top notch. Only recommendation would be for more washing machines in the common laundry. It was like the hunger games to get a load of laundry in.

We were welcomed by a very warm team. They were very helpful. The suite was clean and to our surprise our balcony faced magic kingdom. The hotel was very kid friendly. A perfect place to stay if you’re going to Magic kingdom with a toddler and a baby. We walked there and back.

The Bay Lake Tower, like any other Disney resort on the property is expensive, especially compared to the local area. However, it is worth it after noticing the traffic in the parking lots. This particular resort is closest to the Magic Kingdom (10 minute walk or can walk to adjoined resort and hop the monorail). Facilities are clean and modern. Also, at night you can catch the Magic Kingdom's firework display from the connecting bridge between the two contemporary resorts on the fourth floor.
