【Check-in Information】

To prepare the room amenities in advance, please provide the following information for all guests:

Gender of all adults and children

If traveling with children, please also provide their ages.

If the actual number of guests exceeds the room occupancy included in your reservation, an additional guest fee will apply:(Charges may be adjusted during special holidays; the specific details will be subject to the hotel’s onsite announcements without further notice.)

Adults (12 years and above): NT$1,700 per person per night (includes breakfast, amenities, and service charge)

Children (6–11 years): NT$1,500 per person per night (includes breakfast, amenities, and service charge)

Children (0–5 years): Free of charge

Proper swimwear and a swim cap are required.

Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

 【Public Hot Spring (Nude Bath) Policy】

The public hot spring (nude bath) is available only for guests aged 12 and above.

 【Environmental Policy】

Since May 8, 2024, disposable amenities (such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shaving cream, combs, shower caps, etc.) are no longer provided in guest rooms.

 【Anti-Fraud Notice】

【Guest Information】

Effective May 8, 2024, disposable amenities (such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shower caps, etc.) are no longer provided in guest rooms. Please bring your own personal toiletries.

Check-in time is after 4:00 PM, and check-out time is before 11:00 AM.

Breakfast: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM(Extended to 10:30 AM on weekends and public holidays.)

In-Room Hot Spring Guidelines:

We recommend filling the tub to approximately 70% capacity to prevent overflow.

Filling the tub takes approximately 8–10 minutes.

While using the hot spring bath, please close the Japanese-style sliding door and draw the curtains to ensure privacy and prevent moisture from spreading throughout the room.

The Public Hot Spring (Nude Bath) is available exclusively to guests aged 12 and above.Public Hot Spring Cleaning Schedule: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Men's Bath: Mondays

Women's Bath: Thursdays

The swimming pool is closed daily for maintenance from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM and after 7:00 PM.

Proper swimwear and a swimming cap are required when using the swimming pool. Swimming caps are available for purchase on-site.

【Shuttle Bus Information】

No reservation is required. The shuttle operates on a fixed schedule and route. Please refer to our official website for details.

Beitou MRT Station: Board the shuttle at the shuttle bus stop located to the right of Exit 1, along the roadside.

Xinbeitou MRT Station: Board the shuttle at the bus stop located to the left of Exit 1. Walk back slightly to reach the designated stop.
