We enjoyed our quick stay here. Hotel is clean and comfortable great value for money and top location staff are friendly. For a cheap and cheerful stay I would recommend

We had a room by the pool! Adjoining rooms are available! Breakfast is more than adequate with eggs ( how you want them) and bacon cooked fresh to order! There's also a seafood buffet ( only about $10 aus) 2x per week with seafood cooked before your eye's, fresh and yummy. It's also in a great central location with restaurants and massage places galore around. Also near honest money changers. We loved our stay here and made new friends also! Recommended!!

Room was immaculate staff we very efficient and helpfull. Thewhole complex was clean and well maintained pool was great. Will definately be back. Excellant!!

We left after only one night of our 15 nights we had booked. Pictures were not reflective of the room we received, did not demonstrate how dated and worn the rooms actually were. We booked interconnected rooms, the first thing I noticed was a towel laying down at the door of each of the bathroom, the reason became apparent when we tried to shower. The water did not drain away as it should, we had to turn the water off several times and wait for the water to drain before turning back on the water to complete shower. When we checked out we explained why we were leaving. We were advised that because we had booked through an agent (Wotif) that I would need to go through them to discuss any refunds, the following day I engaged in an online chat with a Wotif employee. They advised that they would need to contact the Sun and confirm. A few minutes later the operator returned and stated that the sun are stating that we are still at the property, I informed that we certainly were not and had checked out the day before. The operator then called the Sun again to discuss, the operator returned to advise that they had tried to advocate on our behalf but the Sun was unwilling to offer any refund or reimbursement for the 14 nights that we were not going to use.

The room was clean, The staff were helpful.

Excellent location. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds, pillows need an upgrade though. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Our youngest had a great time in the pool - although a seperate area for smokers would be great.
