Breakfast buffet was incredible! Staff was extremely kind, informative/helpful. Great air conditioning as we had some warm days? Clean room, but need to look for large bath towels in the closet!

We loved this hotel, cute atmosphere and very comfortable. The staff at this hotel was exceptional , they were welcoming , super helpful in giving us ideas of places to visit and enjoy the city. Gave us great recos for local restaurants and made a point to check in with us to see how we were enjoying our time .

Second time staying at this hotel in 3 years. We loved how quiet it was, and the great location. Breakfast is lovely, with some hot options and the breakfast staff are great. The room was huge, as was the bed.
Last time we were there in 2024, as the hotel doesn’t have a bar, there were complimentary drinks available for guests between 5-7pm which we thought was a lovely touch. We were told they have now stopped doing this which is a shame.

Great location, quaint hotel with good helpful staff but the room was very small, we picked a room with a walk out terrace thinking it would give us more space, it did not.
Small room with a bed, one chair and no table.
Bathroom was very small along with the shower and the exhaust fan was super noisy.

Great place. Shout out to Tessa who went above and beyond to support our stay. Rooms were well appointed, quiet balcony. Impeccable breakfast, nothing compares. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a truly wonderful stay for me. The staff were the most friendly people and I really enjoyed talking with them. The room was comfy and spacious and the hotel had an old charm feel but still felt very modern. I was very comfortable in my room and at the hotel. The room also had air conditioning which was a nice plus. I will definitely stay here again whenever I am back in Lisbon. I highly reccomendations!

I was not happy with the hotel neighborhood. Parking is extremely difficult. Breakfast area did not look very inviting. Room was clean but did not feel inviting and any food from outside was not allowed in the room. We left the hotel on the same day we checked in. I tried to contact the hotel management for a refund but there was no response.

Lovely hotel - great location, clean and well maintained rooms, nice breakfast, and very helpful and friendly staff. We stayed for 4 nights and had no issues during our stay.

Very nice place to stay. Staff is great - especially Tessa. Walkable to many points of interest and nearby trolly stop is convenient. Lots of coffee shops, bars, and restaurants nearby
