Keskimääräistä heikompi I booked the room through expedia. While check in, I got to know the hotel doesnot have any AC room. Hotel staff were kind enough to inform me that they will not charge anything and can cancel the booking. Accordingly I cancelled the booking.
Now, even after one month, neither I have received any refund, nor the hotel or expedia respond my requests.

You couldn’t ask for a better option during the holiday market season! This location is ON TOP of the action with easy walk / transport to all else. Staff is super friendly (the dogs are too!) Loved and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!

The hotel is in a great location for the Christmas markets. It's above a restaurant, which is where breakfast is served. Our room has a magnificent view of the market, and it had an updated bathroom. The bed and linens were comfortable and pristine. The hotel overall feels a little dated, but part of that is the sparse decoration. I needed ice for a cooler which the restaurant downstairs kindly provided. I tried to order a beer to bring back to the room from the restaurant, but that wasn't an option.

Very basic hotel. No amenities in room. Bathroom was nice, but no extra blanket or pillows. Entrance is strange - through the outdoor restaurant seating. Door is locked until a waiter sees you and lets you in, until after you get your key. Then you’re at a self-service check-in. It works, but it’s very impersonal. Room was clean but hallways and stairs were dirty.
