We love staying at this chain, great rooms, food and the staff are helpful. We also know what we are getting and location was perfect with train station, shops and other places for travels.

I reserved a 2 twin beds to my family (4 people), however they offered 2 single beds. It was late night and my 2 daughters were sleepy, and the hotel mentioned that Expedia was not describing the details but for that hotel twin bed means single bed… I have never seen a twin bed becoming a single bed. A terrible experience.
