My check in was significantly delayed past 3pm. I cut my foot on a sharp plug socket sticking out of the floor in my room.

There appeared to be a lack of updated communication on changes to booking made at the hotel. Sun beds around the pool were difficult to obtain after approx 10am as guests placed towels on beds, some of these were by children who never came out of the pool, they did not use them. This left many guests disappointed
