We stayed at the accommodation for 4 weeks in January 2025. The staff is friendly and the delicious breakfasts and other services were impeccable. The courtyard area with the swimming pool is also clean and comfortable. The first disappointment was that the location of Orabella did not correspond to the 14-minute walk from the beach or the map view as stated on the Hotels.com website. In reality, it is located a few dozen meters from Calangute beach, which of course shortens the distance to swim, but exposes the beach to very loud noise from the beach shacks. At the turn of the year, there is a lot on the beach, e.g. wedding events that continue until the night and the noise is really disturbing for those who want peace. The room we were sold was a Panorama Villa with a partial sea view. In practice, the villa is a light-built board house, which has apparently suffered from moisture damage for years. Despite some repairs, rotten wood and mold were visible on the walls in many places. The day shone through the cracks in the planks and the window opened towards the sea with a view of the trashy neighbor's plot and the view can't really be called a partial sea view. All in all, did not give good value or the relative high price.

Staff are great very helpful. Property is clean and secure, it needs some updating but pricing reflects what you get. For a no frills family apartment it is good value. Also can arrange car hire through hotel.

we booked this hotel as it was close to beach there are only 4 deluxe villas and 2 superior apartments , the are staff are very friendly and helpful , breakfast is served in your room as there is no actual restaurant on site which is ok as we like to eat out at different restuarants
