The room was in great condition, the staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. The breakfast included was absolutely spectacular and sweeten my whole experience here at this hotel.

The staff was fantastic and helpful. The beds were very hard to sleep on ( not something we were used to). Would of liked a extra pillow on bed.

It is a typical Japanese business hotel with clean rooms and a great free breakfast. In the year since my last visit, they have stopped offering the free Tokyo station shuttle service. In addition, the room ethernet did not work. The key benefits of this hotel are the location and price.
