Stayed for 3 nights ... room was alright but condition of bathroom needs to be improved ..a lot !! House-keeping needs to be trained to to a proper cleaning of bathroom.

The toilet is dirty and the room got lot of ants. It is not a comfort stay, I don't feel like to stay in the room any longer, just back to room for shower and sleep.
When i unpack my luggage, I found that the ant go back with me :(

Hienoa it's abit noisy during the night due to the passing traffic as my room was facing the main road. In top of that, there's sound of people knocking something intermittently the whole night.

Everything is find and well, good reception service, good and comfort room, room is clean. Near 7 eleven, parking slot available (pay for weekdays 8am-6pm), 15minutes driving to Pantai Teluk Cempedak, lift provided
But washroom need some improve for more clean
