The staff was helpful, the room was clean but a little bit compact and noisy at night because of the street cars. The breakfast was delicious.

Good location, nice clean room with a comfortable bed. Walking distance to the city center, good price for location. I’d stay there again.

Had 9 rooms booked via Hotels.com all paid in full. Hotel refused to release a room unless we paid for it again. Receptionist was difficult and very rude. Ripped off massively and would not recommend IBIS Hotels

I opened the window to help keep the room cool, which was fine, but the downside is that I could hear the trams and people outside very loudly. I wanted to be near the train station, and the location was very convenient. I liked that they had water in the lobby so I could refill me water bottle.

Room was small but clean. The shower leaks quite a bit when in use. Great location. No kettle in room but you could get hot water in the lobby and we brought our own tea bags.
