This was a great hotel . Right in the center of the city, with the Duomo right around the corner. Staff were very helpful when we had questions. Would definitely stay there again.

im a gold member and while booking it shows that i have an upgrade if room is available but upon check in the staff told me there was no advice from hotel.com for an upgrade so is hotel.com in accurate?
