Breakfast service was a little chaotic due to the numbers of residents eating in one sitting, with only 3 members of staff on duty. The selection and quality of food however was very good.
The staff are always busy but extremely approachable and will always help if there is an issue. The rooms are clean, a little basic but comfortable. The swimming pool is very good and a huge asset to the hotel. The hotel is ideally suited for walking into the town of Lyndhurst, just a few minutes walk away. Free parking with electric charging points available.

Plenty of parking available, with electric charging points for those that need them.
The hotel is dog friendly.
Ideally placed to be able to walk into Lyndhurst.
Having a swimming pool is a great asset to the hotel.

Great hotel close to Poultons park. Lovely little swimming pool that the kids loved. Dog friendly too is a bonus.
