Check in is awkward as reception is about a 15 minute walk from the actual apartments. Got a taxi from airport to reception and check in process was about 10 minutes.
We arrived early, approximately 10.00, so had to leave cases at a nearby hotel (€5 per case or bag) as we couldn't get access to apartment until 15.00.
Got a message saying PIN code to get in to property would be available at 14.30. So we went back to pick up our cases and walked to apartments - not a pleasant walk in 28⁰ heat with your luggage.
When we got there at 14.30, none of the PIN codes worked. Contacted reception only to be told they wouldn't work until 15.00.
So we were stuck outside with our luggage until 3.00pm.in the hot sun!
What was the point in giving us the PIN codes early, when you can't access the apartments?
Not a lot of goodwill shown to 8 very tired guests.
Apartments were very good but the whole entry process needs to be streamlined. Something to consider, especially if you have an early flight.

I was staying at another property with the exact same name. I tried to extend my stay by one day at my current apartment and accidentally booked this place instead. I realized mistake basically as soon as I hit 'book' and I emailed them immediately but they never responded. I called them and I explained to them very kindly that I accidentally booked the wrong place because they have the same name as where I was staying and they refused to refund my money. It was clearly an honest mistake but they were not listening and refused to be understanding. I do not recommend them based on the poor customer service.

Afterwards, I read all the other reviews of customers with bad experiences and I have to agree with those customers. My experience shows that they only care about collecting money and have no idea about true customer service and satisfaction. I would not stay here in the future.

On our first night the apartment began to flood with rain water from a storm, the staff were very quick to find an alternative apartment in the same building where we had a very pleasant stay. So a round of applause for the staff!

Location close to the old town Square was very concenient. Unfortunately, there were unmade beds and wet towels in the bathroom when we arrived. When we phones the reception they were unable to resolve the issue until we communicated the issue via What's App and requires us to send photos of the problem. The WC/shower/sink are are very tight with no ventilation. The unit is not air conditioned but there was a standing fan available which was very helpful on a hot day.

The room was really quite good. Travellers should just be aware of the potentially long walk or taking another taxi between the companies reception and the actual accommodation. Actual accomodation was near the national museum.

Clean Room, Great communication with Staff. Kitchen facilities were good. Plenty of space in the Apartment. Perfect location in the Old Town, close to the Metro and lots of eating options closeby. The Reception/Check-in is in a different location than the Apartment, so you will have to walk 10 minutes further along.
The downside and the factor that brings the rating down was the amount of noise at night, which was quite terrible. On two nights in a row we had some guy knocking on our door between 2-4am looking for somebody...and on our last night there seemed to be an older group hosting a party which was so loud we had to go outside of our room to tell them to quieten down. Not the safety or quiet aspect that you need when travelling as a family with two small children.
