We had a room with an Open-Air Bath on the balcony, and there was also a piano in the lobby where we could play. room was big enough for 4 people and conveniently located.

This was a lovely boutique hotel. The room was spacious enough for you to open your suitcase. Good amenities for women, including a large bath house in the basement. They allow us to check in earlier, around 1 p.m. A great service.

Excellent experience staying here. Staff spoke good English. Breakfast was amazing, and you can even choose from Japanese or Western. It came as a set. The onsen is pretty decent. As a spa hotel, look out for its full repertoire of bathroom provisions which even included moisturising milk! Oh, they even had samurai props which you can use & take photos with! Definitely value for money & a wonderful experience!

The hotel felt as if it had been renovated from an old love hotel. There were amenities and candies placed at the front desk, but when I tried to throw away the candy wrapper and asked a staff member where the trash bin was, they didn’t take the wrapper and simply handed me a garbage bag instead.
The breakfast tasted good and was satisfying, but the dining area was right next to the front desk, so it didn’t feel relaxing. Since the word “spa” was in the hotel’s name, I expected to unwind, which is why I booked it, but I think I could have relaxed more at a regular chain hotel.
If you are looking for something cost-effective, I would recommend it.
However, if you want to relax, I would suggest choosing a different hotel.

Basement hot tub/sauna was a great amenity. Very walkable to city’s Bikran Historical District. Easy access to train station & wonderful nearby market.

Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very wonderful and helpful in many ways. We got the included breakfast for our stay, so delicious! We would definitely stay here again!
