I stayed to be near the universities and so the proximity to the sunway hotel facilities was not so important.
With 24/7 eateries abounding and good public transport options, this is a cost effective stay.
The smell of cigarettes still abounds, although one gets used to it when the aircon is on.

I checked in room 217 , it’s haunted and I do ask for change at midnight , sadly room were full
