There were issues with the elevators. Each time I got in it it stalled on that floor and didn't move anywhere and the door would have to open and close a few times.

Great location on a beautiful street. The beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on and the restaurant offers a good breakfast selection at very reasonable prices

I accidentally left a shirt that was very important to me in the closet. I called three times to follow up, but unfortunately never received any response and was repeatedly told that nothing had been found in lost & found. The room itself was clean and the doormen were very kind and professional, but this experience left me disappointed with the overall stay.
