The staff are very rude and mean! I stay there all the time and the lady staff just went ballistic. I could not believe it! Never staying there again!!

My first impression was that staying here was a bad idea. It’s in a sketchy part of town and I just generally felt unsafe staying here. Door locks are worn and frames feel like they’ve been kicked in before, rooms are dated and need a serious upgrade, whole building reminded me of my old dorm building. The included breakfast is marginal at best. The redeeming factors are the bed which was comfy and the good pool area. Overall, so many better options for the price I paid.

My room lost power in the middle of the night, which shut off my CPAP causing me to wake up distressed. They were unable to turn on the room power. They allowed me to move into a different room. That room had urine stains on the toilet seat. Mould in the shower. When asking for compensation for a disasterous stay, the staff refused and gave me a business card with a number to call on monday.

The room was clean with fresh linens and empty garbage each day. The ladies at the front desk were extremely pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. I also appreciated texting with this hotel for last minute arrangements. I recommend this hotel for those who want a pleasant, clean establishment with a delightful pool, friendly and helpful staff and also a fantastic breakfast!
