Location 5/5 Staff 5/5 Laundry Facilities 5/5 Breakfast 2.5/5 (Coffee machines not working - breakfast room felt a bit like an afterthought) Lift 2/5 (Two lifts 16 floors ten rooms on each , wait times bad) Room 3/5 (Clean and all facilities but as I was top floor, constant noise from the water tank/heating system)
