All great. Nice and clean with friendly staff but booked hotel partly because we wanted to use the sauna. It wasn’t working and there were no staff in the gym to advise.

Good clean and comfortable hotel. Great location, walkable from the city centre but also right next to a UBahn station. Staff were always helpful when needed.

My cousin and I stayed here for two nights. We loved the location (right next to a tram station) and it was very central in terms of walking to the main shopping area, the cathedral and to the river/museum. We felt safe. Room was comfortable and clean. There was a bit of a musky smell though. We also didn't have any shampoo in the room and had to ask for some, but other than that, the room was great. We'd definitely stay here again and would totally recommend it to other. Staff was also very professional and friendly.

Good- Lovely staff, great location, clean and tidy. Easy check in and out. Bad - Funky bathroom smell on arrival, and cold water on second morning for showers!
