Keskimääräistä heikompi I booked this hotel based on the photos on the Hotels.com — a bright, spacious room with modern furnishings and what appeared to be a comfortable, well-appointed space. What I walked into was something entirely different.
The room looked nothing like the photos. Not even close. Different furniture, different layout, different lighting, different everything.
The bed was acceptable, which I suppose is the bare minimum one can offer and still legally call a place a hotel.
The TV was not operational. Not slow, not glitchy — simply off. Dead.
The air conditioning unit deserves a special mention. It worked — technically — but sounded like a washing machine containing a handful of loose gravel.
Breakfast deserves its own paragraph — and not a flattering one. Lukewarm scrambled eggs of mysterious origin, and jam packets so small they were essentially decorative. The cutlery provided was the cheapest plastic I have ever had the displeasure of eating with — the fork bent attempting to pierce a sausage. A sausage. I didn't know that was physically possible.
I travel frequently and I have stayed in different hotels before — I have no objection to modest accommodation honestly presented. What I cannot forgive is the deliberate gap between what was advertised and what was delivered.
Do not book here unless your expectations are extraordinarily low.

Hyvä The biggest pro of this hotel is that it is close to pretty much everything and you get free parking so it's a great walkable location. Half of the lot was under construction though and I was worried one night we wouldn't get a parking spot despite it being included. I had to park next to the do not cross lines.
There is definitely a mold problem and I wouldn't drink any of the tap water. Visible mold in sinks and shower, and you can smell it. The knob of the shower fell off when we tried to use it but we got it reattached. The hotel is good for sleeping but not much else.
Our keys demagnetized despite keeping it away from our phones like staff recommended so we did have to go to the front desk to get those fixed. Breakfast is until 11, but they lock doors 20 mins beforehand and front desk was kinda rude about it until I said I literally just wanted a drink of juice and they let me in through the staff entrance.
Overall, I've stayed at worse hotels for more, but I definitely wouldn't book this place in advance. Do it day of, otherwise you're paying too much for what you're given.

Hyvä I cannot say enough nice things about the staff. The location is also great, despite a long walk uphill. The pool and jacuzzi were also an awesome touch.
The room was “generally” clean. The sheets smelled clean and didn’t have stains. ALL the faucets jiggled and pipes squeaked when turned on. Our room was missing a drying towel rack in the bathroom and you can see where it was removed, still exposed with the other end still hanging onto the wall precariously. The sink did not drain efficiently. Loose tile from the sink were found on the floor. The door stops on the closets went through the hollow doors. Bits of wood were exposed. The TV barely worked, no cable.
If you can get over the aesthetic misses, the location is great. Also comes with a hot breakfast!

Hyvä It’s all about location. It’s only a 5 minute walk to the falls and the casino is across the street. The room was clean and comfortable but fallsview is a misnomer unless you pay for it room facing them. My room had a balcony facing opposite the falls but the door did not work smoothly. Some of the property could use a refurbishment. The breakfast was standard continental fare, nothing special. The hotel has a ridiculous starting time for breakfast, 8am and they enforce it. By 8:05 the line was 15 deep

Hyvä Very out dated. Sheer curtains were ripped. Bathroom extremely small, fan did not work. Floor board had a chunk missing. Very disappointing to have this on the hotel.com website. Staff at front desk was not friendly.

Hyvä Hotel rooms are older and out of date, but clean.
Perfect location in terms of walking distance to all the attractions and reasonable priced compared to other hotels in the area.
