Clean rooms however not a “city view” as advertised and paid for especially, very well spoken and kind staff, always welcoming and helpful, breakfast was okay with some selection. Very nice pool area but the pools are not deep (1.35m deepest)

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Novotel Marrakech, and a huge part of that was thanks to Mohammed Bashir. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their knowledge, kindness, and genuine desire to help made a lasting impression on us. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Whether providing recommendations, assisting with requests, or simply greeting us with a friendly smile, they delivered exceptional customer service at every opportunity. They are a true asset to the Novotel team and embodies the highest standards of hospitality. Thank you, for making our visit to Marrakech so memorable. We look forward to returning and would highly recommend both the hotel and the staff ‘s outstanding service to anyone visiting Marrakech.

A very enjoyable stay at the Novotel. I was supposed to be there for three days but extended by a further two days on account of the great location in the Hivernage neighbourhood, excellent pool area, helpful staff, spacious room and a wonderful buffet breakfast.

Firstly i would like to thank a few staff member's for making me and my family feel welcomed and went beyond expectations to make sure we was happy and satisfied. I couldn't asked for a better place to stay. Mohammed Bqchir, IMAD, Aisha, Jaouad. Thanks once again. property is nice clean poolside was clean lots off seating. Common area was nice in cosy. Restaurant/Bar area was nice. Breakfast a bit for everyone. Room was nice spacious and clean we mini fridge and microwave and a balcony. Bathroom had bath and shower separate which was amazing. Toilet was also separated which was a bonus for families The hotel wasn't to far away from the big square walking was less than 10 minutes if you know where your going. Not to far from the menara mall.
