Fantastic stay. Wish the pool remained open later for those of us who stay in the park. Clean rooms and great staff. Please be advised that you have to retrieve your packages that you had delivered from the Disney parks to your room by 8 PM or you will not be able to retrieve them until 8 AM the next day. I was not informed of that and went to get my package at midnight and was having a driver pick me up at 7:30 AM for another city drop off. However the staff was very helpful and found someone to go and retrieve my package from the park after hours

Front desk were friendly and check was easy. Room was clean but bathroom could have been better. Breakfast was lovely, selection was great, good vegetarian options too.

The property was very busy but never felt overcrowded. Staff was friendly. Food options were available but a bit limited, yet there is the park at a short distance, so no worries in terms of food. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

We had a great stay! We arrived early from an overnight flight. The staff assisted us with check in, allowed us to freshen up and delivered our bags to our room while we enjoyed the park. We stayed in a club level room and were blown away by the amazing breakfast and afternoon tea. Highly recommend this property.

Very nice hotel. The only issue was that there didn’t seem to be air circulating anywhere on the property. I couldn’t stay here for a long period of time.

Most staff were very welcoming and attentive. From start to finish a great experience Deborah was wonderful at check in, and Luca and the luggage staff were exceptional. Breakfast was fantastic and the servers were welcoming and on point. The servers at the afternoon tea told us that we might ask for as much as we would like but then did not make themselves available for us to make such requests. Suggestion: perhaps provide two trays at a time as we were four guests, and encourage the server to check back more frequently. We would have liked to access the pool and sauna later in the evening after returning from the park. We will look forward to a return visit !

Room was very clean and pleasant, only thing was it was a long way from reception area and I have walking difficulties, had a knee replacement 6 months ago, a room closer would have been ideal, staff nice, no breakfast , last time we stayed when it was the new York new York breakfast was included!

Empire state club level- excellent check in. Friendly staff. Gave us a nice coffee and hot choc for the kids. We loved our stay and the room was cleaned daily and water bottles replenished. Gorgeous hotel in general. Only.negative is the outside pool didnt open till 12... it was so hot and we really wanted to get outside by 10/10.30. The changing rooms also needed to be cleaned a bit more after uses. It was always a bit dirty by 2 ish. The afternoon tea was lovely but slow service. We would have preferred a buffet to get what we needed and get out quicker. Overall, a MARVELlous stay and was a short 10 min walk to the parks
