Small bathroom and the drain was blocked. We hear others customers next to us and the bed was hard and not confortable Small hall, not a warm welcome.

Welcoming and accommodating staffs. Room and hotel condition are decent. Never had any issues. The only missing part was a minibar. I think any hotel room needs a mini bar to keep food items, drinks etc.

The shower tub combination was difficult to figure out. And no one could attend to it until the next working day. Sometimes it best to keep plumbing fixtures simple for ease of use. On a positive note, you are steps away from Gare de est making it extremely convenient to get to any part of the city on the metro including the airport. Great connectivity. We stayed 2 nights there as we needed to get to Brussels from Gare du Nord which is 5-7 mins walk from Gare de est station.

Staff very good. Helpful. Breakfast very basic. Nice fresh bread, pastries, eggs, ham, cheese. However, no salad, tomato or vegetables.

The room was a bit small but for the price, I can't really complain. The convenience to transportation was the best part of the local. Just a five minute walk to the Gare de L'est Metro. Took about 45-50 minutes to get to the airport.
