This is a house and they built the rooms on top. The property needs to upgraded and it is very old. I would pay little extra to get a better room. Luckily, we only stayed for 1 night.

Good breakfast. More or less everything that the other hotels have. They do have a little bit more choice and fruit fruits. Rooms are clean a little bit small but room for your stuff large washroom and a nice balcony in my case with table and chairs. It’s a mom and pop operation. It’s quaint and very close to the old town. Nice pool, nice staff I would say family friendly definitely. They make an effort in maintaining. It has a certain charm. Lots of plants and trees growing everywhere, lots of furniture everywhere. All in all for that price I would stay there again.

We (family with teenagers) stayed for 3 nights and the accommodation was excellent. Located a few houses back from the main street provides a quiet location but close to the old town to get into the hustle and bustle. The family room was spacious with plenty of places to sit other than just the beds. Breakfast was a variety of pastries, breads, cereals, fruits, cheeses, noodles,soups etc and everything was so fresh. The staff went above and beyond. Super friendly and willing to help in any way they can to ensure your time in Hoi An is enjoyable but also memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to stay when visiting Hoi An.

The hotel is in a great location, within a short walking distance from the river and the main attractions. The room was very nice, clean and spacious with an excellent Wi-Fi connection and nice breakfast served. The hotel lobby is beautiful and the swimming pool offers a good relief from the afternoon heat. But what makes this hotel the best place is the staff. I can’t praise them enough for all the attention and good service they provide. It was one of my best stays and I will definitely stay here again when I return to Hoi An

Staff were fantastic! Very kind and helpful! Would highly recommend, just a short walk to the centre.

Its a walking distance to Hoi An ancient town, the room didnt have noise proof and could hear very clear the noise outside.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in a superb location and the rooms are a generous size. What makes his hotel special though are the staff. They are the most welcoming, hospitable people I've ever come across in a hotel. They made sure our stay comfortable, allowed us to check in early and even gave us a gift when we checked out. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one. We will be back. Chris and family.
