Very clean, beautiful place!

good service, breakfast and friendly staff

This hotel is more a series of rooms with a brief front desk that is available from 4PM - 8PM. Rooms are spacious, but basic. There is Breakfast on offer. But lunch, and no dinner. And also no bar. Therefore you need a car if you are staying here. There are 2 restaurants available in walking distance (approx. 15 mins) and an infrequent public bus / train service which if you miss a bus, wait an hour. Miss a train, wait an hour. It’s a good walk from the train station as well especially if you have luggage. Staff were terrible. Reception desk provided completely incorrect information regarding ski hire and it not being available at the summit of zugspitze. Ski hire is indeed available. So why do they not know this? They challenged my review on google saying they had no record of my stay. Expedia knows I stayed here, as that’s how I booked. So now they get one star from me.

The hotel balcony had a great view of the mountains and the staff was very friendly

Comfy hotel for the price. Staff was polite and the location was amazing. Only critique I have is they could clear the snow in the parking lots a little more so there’s more parking spots.

We probably had the best view of the whole hotel! Staff was friendly, easy to get to. I will say though-it was hot every night. We had to keep windows open. I think the heat comes from the floor so they don’t/can’t control it…but besides that, I’d stay there again.

For the price I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, comfortable, and it has a beautiful view of the mountain from the balcony. The location is very close to Zugspitze and I had an excellent time here.

Amazing view and very hospitable staff. The room are also very spacious with a balcony. The place was well worth the mo ey spent.
