It was okay !

We came to stay here with a family of four, including me and my wife, our teenager, and our child. The second we walked into the hotel we smelt weed and the floor was so dirty our shoes were sticking to the floor. We hoped that the smell would subside as we went to our room, but ever the corridor leading to it and our room itself held the same smell. Our air conditioning didn't work and for the first day of our stay(out of three) there wasn't any hot water either. We hoped to refill our water bottles at least but there was only one fountain on the bottom floor whose filter was showing up as red. Exhausted from all our travels, we stayed anyway and woke up the next morning hopeful for breakfast, which turned out to merely be a foam carton with a fruit, a bag of chips, a small bottle of yogurt, and an apple juice. When cleaning came to clean our rooms, they didnt even bother with the floors(which were almost as sticky as downstairs) This was probably one of the worst experiences we've ever had with a hotel, especially with the lack of assistance, and we urge you to not ruin your entire trip for the sake of getting a cheap hotel, because this certainly ruined ours.

Useless and rude staff at entrance, breakfadt area out of service, no ac in the hallways, toilet leaking.

Terrible customer service, terrible roach infested property, very poor attitude at front desk. Will never return.

The air conditioner was broke, the toilet seat cracked, the light fixture broken and ice machine was broken!

First of all, the service in the lobby was terrible because there was no one there to assist. The breakfast was terrible; they served chips and cookies,no coffee and the dining area was closed. the room keys aren't working, we tried many times, but the door won't open and the smell of cigarettes in the hotel was terrible.

Hotel situated in bad area. Hotel had a bad smell everywhere. Room smelled like pot.

While the staff are certainly nice, they sit behind thick glass so there's less than the personal touch. The entire hotel smells terribly and the rooms are as basic as you could possibly want with TVs that certainly never worked. Air conditioner worked fine at night, but poorly during the day. If you can find something in West Orange, which is only a few miles away you're probably going to do yourself a favor for that.
