Happy with my stay here. Booked last minute and was upgraded to a bigger room. The staff was wonderful the entire time if I had a question. They even allowed an extra hour to check out without fee. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The AC was kind of fussy, would turn off randomly and not get down to the set temperature. There were some stains on the walls, and other signs of wear across the room but generally seemed clean.

They are so flexible that allowed us to check in the room early since it is ready

Los empleados excelente atención y muy serviciales
Tienen un 10 de caligicacion
El Problema es el hotel , Demasiado ruido con los cuartos vecinos toda las noches , un abrir y cerrar de puertas en la madrugada muy incómodo

The hotel was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and they give you complimentary water each day which is a nice touch. It’s about a 25 minute walk to myeongdong and there’s a subway station nearby. I would definitely stay again!
