Air Conditioning in our first room did not work well room was very warm at night . Room 71 . Need to ask to lower the temperature below 23c . Second room was better Room 75 needed to ask to change rooms , but the fan speed is not adjustable in both rooms . Room was clean with good views .

Air conditioning wasn’t good the first two nights, but worked better for the last two. The gym next door was free and quite good. Easy to get to central Rome using the #8 tram.
