The hotel owner was amazing. The soup in the morning was delicious. The only issue was the noise, you can hear everything that’s going on in the hotel. But location was good. I would stay again.

Not as advertised at all. Despite 24 hr check in, the doors were locked with a U-lock. One of our rooms had mold in it. No one in the building spoke any English. I believe there was no one else staying at the hotel. Fortunately we only stayed there one night.

Location is great, everything nearby. The only issue is there is a smell coming from the bathroom. I think most hotels have this issue because of the age of the plumbing. We went to 6 hotels and all but one had that smell.

La chambre est propre, on a aimé le balcon qui nous permet de voir les belles montagnes. Pour le Denton à le choix pour le Pho ou des œufs. Madame Kieu Anh est extrêmement gentille, souriante. Elle nous a aidé pour acheter les billets pour visiter le fansipan à un coût moins cher . Les serviettes et draps sentent propres et bons

The room was clean and comfortable. What makes this place so great is the manager. Ahn was so helpful and lovely and she made the best breakfast. It felt like being welcomed into her own home. The location was perfect, close to the town square. Highly recommend.❤️

The breakfast was underwhelming. The view was of dirt instead of city as booked and paid for. The hot water in the shower lasted 3 minutes at its best. The bidet sprayer hose was comically short. The maid service was atrocious. My 7 year old makes the bed much better.
