What a colossal hole! It was so rundown and filthy the first thing I did was check for bedbugs. Fingers are crossed that not seeing them means they weren’t sharing my room. Staff was surly at best. I had booked for 4 nights but checked out early after the first. The automated kiosk wouldn’t allow it and when I explained I was checking out early to the man at the desk, he took my key card and threw it across the office.

Nice hotel, looks quite new. The room was in good condition. Bathroom was very good and modern. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good location. Easy walk to the main tourist areas in Georgetown, or very close to a stop for the free "CAT" bus if you prefer. Good value. I would happily stay again.

Walking distance to hotspot & food outlet. Friendly & helpful staff. Room is clean comfortable bed but their pillow is a bit on d soft side. Overall, we had a good night rest & a pleasant stay.
