Horrible communication- Arrived after 10am to drop bags because they told us we could leave our bags for a while before checking in. Only to arrive to no reception staff. Calling both numbers with no answer. Messages stating staff will arrive shortly so we waited but ended up being over an hour wait. Staff finally answered and we dropped our bags of but shortly after they had told us they’d lost them and sent messages telling us it was our responsibility for leaving our bags despite them saying we could. They found our bags not too long after. they changed the timing that we would get check in instructions from 3 hours before checking in time to “just before check in time” . Wasted so much of our time!!! horrible amenities- shower head broken and held with zip tie. Drain didn’t work so flooded. Yellow staining on the shower walls. Broken mirror. Mouldy window seal. Window seal also crack and falling apart above our head as we slept. Wall paper peeling of all around. Super dirty hall ways carpet stained with brown blotches everywhere.

Location is okay… until we came back at 11:30 one night and had to keep walking around the block until the people banging on the door of the building left because we didn’t want to give them the code. Only saw staff once and wasn’t there any other time we were there. Bathroom not clean and bedding stained. Very small and HOT room. Did have to keep all 3 fans on which were in our room at ALL TIMES and our personal fans and still sweating so much. Thin thin walls meant lots of noise and big cracks around door which lets the flickering hall light in and kept us up.

The WiFi worked one of the four nights I was there. There is mold in the bathroom which was reported. There is no one on property so on night one , when we realized there was no toilet paper, we had to wait until 10am the next day to receive toilet paper since it was never any to begin with. TV did not work AT ALL. despite there being an air conditioning vent, it does not work or have a remote to utilize it. Sheets were dirty. not at all what was expected and def do not recommend.

Not the best stay finally got to understand the access but needed the app for that. Corridors in a poor state room VERY basic No TV remote or way of changing channels but for one night it could have been worse.

Great location for tube and a good price. Stayed there many times.Was able to check in early, though access instructions weren’t available as early as usual. Didn't try tv this time as it was in a position difficult to watch and have had issues accessing normal tv stations previously. Room was nice and clean with hair dryer and coffee available. Bathroom was clean though shower could have been hotter

terrible experience, no air con, the water tap was broken. i will never go back again

The decor was very tired and shabby. Had to call the customer service line twice to be able to get into the hotel and again to get into my room. There was no hair dryer in the room.

A terrible stay at this hotel for my first visit to London. First off, the checkin process was not smooth- received an email saying I could check in online but the stayz app did not recognize my reservation number. Showed up at hotel around 1430 and the door was locked . Had to communicate via whatsapp which was painful . Finally received a door code 20 minutes later. Upon room arrival, no working AC , no working WIFI, no working TV, smoke smelling room. After flying 13 hours, I could not even take a shower because the shower head bar broke off and the water temperature was scalding hot! Numerous unanswered messages regarding complete lack of amenities and the inability to take a shower. No one was working at front desk to help. And to end my night, the building fire alarm went off for about 10 minutes and I received a whatsapp message with a video showing me how to turn off a fire alarm! My reservation was prepaid for 3 nights but I left after the first night. I complained to the hotel about their lack of amenities via whatsapp since there was no one at the front desk again when I left in the morning . I received a " Sorry for your experience email but your reservation is non refundable" email.There are plenty of other hotels in that area- it's worth the extra few bucks it may cost. Leaving after the first night was the best decision I made.

No hooks to hang clothes. Peeling wallpaper. Loud traffic all night. A company that can’t even be bothered to bang a book into a wall for clothes is just taking money off people. Staff was nice and friendly though - hope he gets a job in a better place

Happy with the stay, in a convenient location close to the station, as I stayover for work, it is a great place for stopping in for a nights rest. Would stay again.
