The room 116 is in need of refurbishing. The bathroom is not safe due to the ground being drenched in water after a shower thus making it liable for injuries. The windows need to be cleaned on a regular basis. The staff are extremely helpful and did their utmost to provide all the necessary items needed. USB ports didn’t work and heated up. In room 115 the curtain ties were difficult to use because of loose fittings. The location is perfect for beach and shops.

The name "Paretto Seaview Hotel" is little misguiding. After we checked-in only we realized that there are only a few rooms may have the sea view. But, it's only a few minutes walk to the beach, which was really great. The staffs were extremely friendly. And, the person at the front office was extremely helpful. they let us check-in early as well. I would stay again in this hotel.

Conveniently located near the beach and spacious. Comfortable beds. Doors need better sealing so A/C can be more effective. Did not like that there was no staff on site at night as anyone could walk onto the property and into the area where the rooms are.

I truly would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The 8.5 rating is very deceiving. The hotels WiFi didn’t work during the stay, the floor was dirty, there were ants in the room, and the bathroom was a room with a toilet and shower in one. I stay in hotels for 4 months a year and really try to stay in budget friendly places. So I’ve seen some bad places. For the price being 3x the average in the area. It was extremely disappointing. The staff did offer me to do my work in their office/lobby. But I don’t think I paid to work next to the receptionist. The only good thing is that it is steps from the Cenang Beach main scene. But other than that. No thanks
