Staff very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and confortable. However the building where the hostal is located is not clean, the stairs need to be cleaned.

Pros: Centrally located, close to amenities, train station and bus stops. Place is clean and affordable launderette.
Cons: Located at 4th floors without lift so may need to consider if you have big and heavy luggage. Check-in time is limited to stipulated couple of hours so do check your arrival time. Air-condition to the room are also in stipulated time, from evening to mornings only. Luggage storage is only available on day of check in/out, beyond that it's chargable.

Great stay for solo travelers on a budget, only critique i would have is they turn off a/c units during the day in rooms ,if power consumption is the reason i would adjust prices to balance cost,great staff though

Great place to stay on a budget! Very modest accommodations, but clean, well maintained, and the staff is fantastic! Convenient Chinatown location too.

Saw roaches crawling on my bed the first hour I was there. I didn’t sleep in my bed the first night. Requested a sheet & pillow change and she did. Kept my lights on 24/7 & sprayed bug spray on my bed to prevent anything else from crawling on there.
