This hotel was such a treat. The location is perfect once you are able to locate it. The rooms are update and clean. Storage space for clothing is a little sparse but manageable. The staff is extraordinary and the breakfast provides more delicious choices than you can imagine. Don’t even consider staying anywhere else to enjoy Mallorca.

Loved my stay here - room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was central to everything, lots of dining options and shopping nearby. Easy to get around with public transport too.

We had a great stay here, the location was perfect and the room was lovely. They very kindly gave us some restaurant and bar recommendations. All in all a great trip and will definitely stay again.

The hotel is poor against other 4 star hotels we have stayed at in Spain. This felt over priced for what it was. Good location for old town and the staff were helpful. Breakfast ok but nothing special.

It was a lovely very central, lift was out of order and the bar and restaurant shut. AC in room Very good as was the breakfast. Our room was small but shower room huge and well equipped. We would return if all advertised facilities were in force

Very welcoming staff and perfect location for exploring. Some of the amenities they advertise as available such as combs and tissue paper were not available and the room had a number of questionable stains. They also did not change our sheets during the stay despite us placing their provided “change sheets” card on the bed.
