Well normally the bell hop/valet is quick to help with our luggage, however this time the lady working the valet was not helpful. She needs to learn from Lionel on how to make a good first impression on the guests. Also check in wasn't the friendliest person. Bar staff and room service are amazing. Overall I love this resort and will continue to stay as its my favorite on the strip.

The resort fee of $57 per night is a complete scam - you get biting for it. A pool and a gym is pretty basic anywhere ye shuttle is not too helpful- the phone system is broken - tried calling them three times in the morning and couldn’t reach a customer service person after a 8 min hold

Our stay at Margaritaville hotel was amazing! No issues with the room or the staff. The location is very central, and walking distance to everything and everywhere. Loved the stake, and the margarita. Loved it, and will gladly stay there again!

Loved the room and all of "extras". My only complaint was trying to make dinner reservations at the steak house. We made online reservations, then received a phone message wanting us to confirm the reservation but we weren't able to get ahold of anyone nor could the front desk help. Otherwise everything was fantastic!

Room was clean and spacious. But opened to common court area which was also brightly lit at night - shining through living room closed curtains. Need blackout curtains to curtail the light. Resort Fees ($50/day) were added on after arrival. $25 food and beverage credit was never taken off bill as stated. While staff was friendly - very much so- we asked 6-7 different staff about shuttle service and received 6-7 different answers. Generally stay was ok but not likely to return due to resort fees and credit not applied as stated.
