The car park fee of £11.00 overnight was extortionate. The bedding did not smell fresh and there was a bad odour in the bed and on pillows. The breakfast was mediocre with alot of the hot food barely warm it was self service.. with only a few slices on the plate of ham and cheese to take. The coffee was not nice either.. All of these things made our stay miserable. We were in room 313 on the top floor with restricted headroom. The window was open as the air con hum quite noisy then at 2amyou hear people arguing in the car park below... we did not get a good nights sleep!!! Not worth the money and certainly won't stay there again!

Water pressure was massively lacking! But staff and breakfast great. Parking was spacious, but I think a bit too expesive when you've paid for a nights' stay. Overall, had a lovely stay.

The staff were really nice, helpful and friendly. However it is let down by being slightly run down, the beds could do with replacing, and it was somewhat noisy, from neighbouring rooms.

We had a lovely stay, the reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful, we needed an early check in, wasn’t a problem, bonus having parking on site and plenty of it. A lovely warm complimentary cookie on arrival to. The room war very spacious very clean, lovely bathroom with a bath. Toiletries lovely too comfy bed. We will definitely stay again when visiting Stratford as a perfect position.

The hotel is well located within a few minutes walk to the centre. It is pleasant, set in leafy grounds with ample parking. It's reception is traditional rather than modern and the rooms, whilst clean are getting a little tired showing wear and tear in some areas. Breakfast room is glass fronted so bright and airy, buffet breakfast is average hotel fayre, enough variety to fill you with your favourite foods. Our party of 14 stayed 3 nights, the only thing I wasn't too happy about is the cost of drinks in the bar and parking - bar prices encouraged us to go in to town and drink elsewhere, parking at £12.50 per night was far too expensive considering we were resident - that added an extra £300 to our combined bill.

Had a lovely two night stay at the the Double Tree by Hilton at Stratford Upon Avon. Located within easy walking distance to the town centre. There is plenty of parking, although even guests have to pay which is wrong. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, although our used plates weren't cleared from our table very promptly. Rooms were clean and well kept.
