Our overall experience was ok However. We booked ocean view rooms 3 months in advance and paid ahead and on checking in They give us different rooms which we did not like and were not the ones we paid for We had to wait for a very long time before they substituted different rooms which again were not the ones we paid for They never give us any credit nor offered and promotions.

We had a wonderful stay, Sunday-Thursday. We were able to get an early check-in at 11:30, normally 5pm on a Sunday, for a $25 charge. I felt that was well worth it and would've probably have paid more. We were unpacked and on the beach by 1:30 and got the best part of the day. We stayed on the 20th floor in the South Tower. It's closest to the boardwalk and casino. I've seen reviews stating it was noisy, but I didn't find that to be the case. The room was very clean. Every staff member we had a conversation with was helpful, friendly and warm. The location on the boardwalk and beach is perfect. Very nice place.
