Staff was great, room was average with much needed upgrades. The location is perfect for city center activities, breakfast was also average. You have to pay extra for parking,

Versailles is a lovely hotel. Really welcoming staff, they were so accommodating when i arrived. I was disappointed that they wouldn't/couldn't alter my booking before my stay and add another day at the beginning. They said there were no rooms avaialble but there were. Strange situation. My room was at the back of the hotel. Small but really bright in the evening sun. There was a mold smell when i first entered, but a blast of cold air from the Mar del Plata soon cleared that out. I guess the room wasnt occupied for a while (see above!). Breakfast needs an upgrade. Every staff member i had an interaction with was fantastic. Shout out to Valentina and her male colleague on the front desk.
