This was a very pleasant stay on our trip to Flagstaff. Excellent customer service the staff was very accommodating and the location was perfect. Their food service was very we recommend the lumberjack. Also, you have Bash’s with Starbucks inside and your local Walmart, Cafe Rio, and some phó across the street. We would recommend Voco to Family and friends.

It's a small property with a single corridor. We were assigned a room at the other end in the back of the property. You can occasionally hear the freeway traffic which is better than being next to the train tracks. Overall, nice place-again, just small. The shower was great with a ton of pressure and the temperature control was on point without a delay. Staff was friendly, room was clean and plenty of parking.

This hotel not necessarily set up to accommodate an adult requiring 90-100% wheelchair movement - rooms are on smaller side (incl. bath/shower). Staff accommodating in terms switching to an accessible room after first night (available only after 1st night). Otherwise if accessibility is not needed, it is suitable for a handful of nights stay (1-4).

Able and to book a last minute stay at this property again. Consistently high quality room, service and ample free parking/wifi. Awesome shower! Added breakfast was convenient and accommodated plant-based preferences. Wish coffee was better at breakfast but nice in the room!

I liked this place…. One night, there was a car alarm going off from midnight - 3:45 am and we could not sleep. I called the front desk, as I am sure many people did. The person answering the phone was obviously frustrated as well (and got short with me on the phone and was too tired to even argue with her about it). I am sure she was restated with someone staying at the hotel and could not figure out whose car it was.
In any event, I totally understand things happen, but would have been nice to get a voucher for a free night or a free breakfast for the inconvenience., but I’m not one to go complain to the front desk. And at times my room key would not work.

Nice clean hotel . Had to pay for breakfast if wanted and coffee in lobby very tiny cups for free coffee only. Had trouble with TV but staff not helpful
