Rooms are very small, even luxury and executive rooms. No telephone. No ironing board. Not suitable for corporates that require the above

In general, not so good because of so many reasons like TV wasn't working, didn't have any house keeping, Internet wasn't great, the restaurant menu wasn't great, there was no phone to ring the reception, the room was too small, if any issues happen I have to go to reception by myself no other way to contact them etc., over all I can say it wasn't great.

Great location with easy access to Mandela Square. Excellent staff - friendly and accommodating. Comfy bed (If a little squeaky). Good breakfast. I wish the temperature control was more straightforward - my room stayed freeing cold.
