The hotel is located right next to the Kintetsu line and only a few minutes walk away from Nara Park with plenty of deers. Room is clean and staff are friendly!

Hienoa Very close to the rail station, and large temple complex, in the middle of the main shopping district. The rooms are ok in size, the bathroom is really small. Room was clean but stuffy.

A nice, well locationed hotel. Hardly 15 minutes walk from the train station. The room was large and comfortable, lots of restaurants nearby, hardly 5 minutes from all the sightseeing areas.

Hyvä Great location ! Room was clean and the staff were helpful. The only negative is that the hotel is old, run down and the wifi despite what the hotel might claim isn't useable... but despite this we had a present trip.

DONT'T use the wifi. The password is easily guessed, and so that maybe why there were virus and other security attacks on my computer. I immediately disconnected my smartphone from their system when I discovered this. This problem might be fixed when you get there, but from looking at the staff, I doubt they even know much about what wifi is.
The room carpet was evil on my allergies and sinus. I guess they haven't shampooed it, or properly vacuumed it for so long. It could have been mould or dust, I'm not sure.
The entrance is hidden behind older ladies fashion stores, and up on the 3rd floor, but it is in a fantastic location.
