Very good hotel. Just a five- or six-minute walk from the JR rail station if your luggage has wheels. Just follow the train track. The station's tourism office had a yellow leaflet bearing a map that showed a few restaurants near the hotel, requiring that we walk only two blocks or so in the evening to get a good meal. Just don't expect a convenience store right nearby. Nice attentive and helpful staff outside where the driveway meets the main door. Our room offered a wide window for broad, good views of the valley and the surrounding mountains. The top of the building has a terrace that is open to guests at certain specific hours, enabling nice photos. The breakfast buffet (extra charge) was superb, with much variety for our delight. The room was much bigger than I expected, bearing a sofa, coffee table and more. It was a bit odd to find the toilet room was a separate facility from the shower/basin room, so that upon concluding the task at the toilet seat, I had to walk to the other room to wash my hands properly. I guess it's the Japanese way of keeping any odours apart from the shower/basin area. Excellent stay!

Staff wasn’t helpful, can’t speak English. Apparently they have reservations with no housekeeping and that’s discounted rate so pay attention when you make reservation.

Everything was very convenient and user-friendly. We particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered a wide variety of fresh food, and the service was excellent. The onsen was clean, with well-equipped shower facilities. Parking was slightly inconvenient, although the concierge tried their best to make up for it with excellent service.

Very clean, updated and staff friendly. Parking lots were a close walk. Breakfast good and restaurants for dinner in very close walking distance. No bathtub in the room, only shower. Also “onsen” is not mineralized, just hot chlorinated water. Easy to access one of the three private baths, with a short wait time. The ambiance in the baths was very relaxing and there’s an adjacent room with a massage chair and ice cream or a milky drink to enjoy after the bath.

Bedding is very uncomfortable. The rooms are super small. Offsite parking requires a shuttle service and can be painful during busy times. The Onsen is nice though.

Friendly staffs assisted with check in quickly and they arrested always prompt in assistance whenever necessary. The hotel provide free self service laundry, you only need to pay for the dryer usage. There are 3 different sizes of private onsen which you can use 1pax, 2-3pax, 3-4pax. Usage time is limited to 30mins per session. There is also a men and women onset for usage if you do not want to wait. In the evening the hotel provide free ramen for their guests from 10pm-11pm. Overall a very nice hotel with good facilities and friendly staffs.

The front desk staff were not the friendliest or the most helpful. Checking in was not the best experience. The room we originally ordered was supposed to have one double bed, but it had two single (tiny) beds pushed together with a board between them. We asked to change to a better room and were charged extra for a larger room with two double beds. (not big) The breakfast was very good and the restaurant staff were great. The location was good. The hotel was very busy and perhaps that is why the staff was stressed. The view we had in our second room was great.

Convenient location and friendly staff

Property is walking distance to the Furano station. Onsen is available for ladies/ gents (public) and three private rooms. Our stay was on a weekday and there was no or little waiting time even during the peak hours of 7-8.30 pm. Our room reservation came with breakfast. Spread was reasonable and wished that they had more varieties especially when our stay was more than two days. Walking distance to food with 10minutes.
