Ocean Pointe Suites at Key Largo

We were not told that there was construction that was happening, on the roof. We should have been warned at check in and either offered a CONSIDERABLE discount or a room change. When we entered into our room there were many problems. Black hair all over the main bathroom floor, a piece of broken glass bigger then my first on the floor in the second bathroom, stained shower curtain in second bathroom, sand and dirt in the master bed on the sheets, no dust pan for the broom, so much food waste between fridge and counter, the chair was very riped and super smelly and we found 2 pairs of someone else's panties in the dryer. The rest of the floor was very dirty and blackened all of our feet that first night. A couple days into the stay the dishwasher started pouring stinky water all over the floor, that we had to use a large amount of our towels to clean up. We had never used the dishwasher and so were very surprised. Later we were woken early on 3 mornings by loud construction and talking that went on all day after that. This was the probably the worst stay we have had, anywhere, ever. The only positive, was the maintenance man who came for the dishwasher, he was very nice and helpful. Also I took pictures to document many of these things.

It was amazing experience and grounds

Worst hotel I have ever been. I was given a 4th floor room, elevator broken and me having two kids with stroller. Plus a very nasty room. I felt like I was in a Hotel from a 3rd world. This room was a disaster, please choose another place.

Nice location. Clean rooms. Have everything we needed. Loved the pool area.

The property is old but maintain clear but sometime has space with insect but general in good place and peace very good

The room suite and property were very nice but, the elevator was broken,and it was not fun having to use the stairs the whole trip. Especially when you are lugging a lot of bags up to the room. There was also a lot of construction going on at the property which we were not advised about. It did put a damper on our trip. Closest stairwell closed because of painting (fumes were horrible!) and roofing taking place, among other things. It's one thing if you know going in that this is going on and maybe given some kind of discount, but to not advise the customer is wrong!

We loved it so much that we booked 2 more stays. The place is lovely. Very clean easy to ride bike to the coffee shop near by just lovely.

The unit was great and the staff was friendly.

No lo recomiendo, los apartamentos están sucios, los baños ni funcionan correctamente, todo está falta de mantenimiento, nosotros en vez see pasar unas vacaciones lo que pasamos fue trabajo, así que por favor no vayan a este lugar, los elevadores no funcionan tampoco, y otra cosa no tiene playa tampoco así que si van con esa idea no van a estar satisfechos, la única opción que tienen en ese lugar es la piscina
